How can I buy bus and cable car tickets online?

It is necessary to register on the webshop, choose the date of use, the type and quantity of tickets. You will be guided step by step through the purchase process. If you purchase multiple tickets, you will be asked to configure the products. To complete your order, proceed with payment by entering your credit card number. The system will send you a receipt email

Is it possible to bring a bicycle on board?

Both for the cable car and for the buses, the transport of a bicycle is permitted upon payment of an additional one-way ticket.

Is it possible to bring animals on board?

Dogs are allowed on the cable car but only if kept on a leash and equipped with a muzzle or kennel. The transport of large dogs, as well as bulky luggage, requires the payment of an additional ticket. While on the buses passengers are allowed to transport small dogs as long as they are muzzled or held in their arms.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

Will be sent a purchase confirmation email?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail, as a receipt, to the address used for registration. The email will contain the information relating to the purchase. Remember to print it or keep it saved on your device.

What types of tickets can I buy online?

The tickets that can be purchased online are the tickets listed in the Ticket Prices section.

From what date is the bus ticket valid?

Single run tickets must be validated autonomously by the user through an application before using the service.

Periodic bus tickets (monthly and annual) do not require validation and are valid from the date selected during the purchase phase.

I have not received the confirmation email, what do I do?

If you have not received the confirmation email, double check that it is not SPAM. If it hasn't been filtered from your mailbox, please contact our customer service, we will be at your complete disposal.

Is it possible to change a used ticket?

It is not possible to change a ticket that has already been partially used and replace it with one of another type.

Is the service also accessible for people with motor disabilities?

Yes, the cable car and the buses are designed to allow accessibility also for people with motor disabilities.
