How to validate bus tickets
It is necessary to validate the bus ticket (and possibly the additional ticket in case of transport of goods or animals) before travelling.
The ticket will be valid for one hour starting from the validation time.
IMPORTANT: Tickets must be validated at the start of the journey and before the first stop.
Once purchased, bus tickets will be visible in your personal section under the menu item Bus Tickets.
To validate your ticket, when using it and before the first stop, you must access your personal area Bus Tickets and click the blue button Activate ticket relating to the bus ticket you wish to use.
In the event of controls on board, it will be necessary to show either the QR code of the bus ticket purchased or the activation confirmation visible on the Bus Tickets page in your personal profile.
